I can likely do this for MAME no problems, but it will be a ROM address and poke value - never played with the Model 2 Emulator so I don't know if it would convert or work with it.

I don't use retroarch so I don't know the cheat format... But it's highly unlikely that it will support that cheat, it's a dynamic (relative address) cheat so it doesn't have a static address. It's get the address stored at FF49BC adds 72 to it and pokes that address with 0002, the address stored at...

I don't know how to perform these, it says hold A and press u,d,fire quickly in order. But I can't seem to make it work, knowing what buttons A and F are in MAME would help I guess. But if you just need the energy to be in the red then I guess you could just change the energy cheat value in the XML ...
