So how do you play as Shant Tsung and how can you make Scorpion look like Reptile and say Reptile wins? I got the code where you can have the CPU Scorpion be Reptile on any stage. I am using T-Unit 5.0

Actually you can now play as Smoke, Noob, and Jade. You gotta enable Kitana's moveset and Scorpion's move set, etc. I don't know how to do that but this guy might over at MKO

The one for CPU Scorpion works but not a human controlled Scorpion.
