I don't know about the music but for the blood I use the cheats built into the neogeo unibios. make unibios your neogeo bios and at any time during gameplay press and hold buttons 1, 2, 3 and player 1 start.

How about a cheat to have all the band members wings or choose which members to have?

Please fix the non-working play as Eyedol cheat for Killer Instinct. A bunch of friends tested it and it does not work.

Has anyone got the cheat in MAME to play as Eyedol to actually work in Killer Instinct? I have tried activating it in different ares and can never get Eyedol to play.
