Added "CPU Throwing Disabled" cheat to above post. In addition to the shortcomings listed in the comments of the cheat, it most likely doesn't protect against air throws either, but then again I don't think I've ever seen the CPU use an air throw. This code also opens up some possibilities...

I don't think there is really any reason to restore the default value of "FF" other than putting what was initially there back (which wasn't used to begin with). I will have to test it out and see if the game has any issues booting up (during the rom check), but I'd assume the game should ...
