There are some differences between a CPU Akuma and a Human-controlled Akuma - namely, the CPU controls Shin-Akuma (note how his Zankuu Hadou Ken, for example, throws two balls instead of one, which is characteristic of Shin-Gouki).

Would a code exist that would allow a human player to play Shin-Akuma?

Furthermore, does Shin-Akuma have a SC, and if so, is it the Shun Goku Satsu?

I don't think he has a super combo. The reason being, cause obviously he dosn't have a super bar.

That might be true for _normal_ Gouki. However, home versions of Super Turbo gave a super to _Shin_-Gouki. I'm wondering if the arcade version does the same.

In home versions, it is his Shun Goku Satsu (LP,LP,f,LK,HP) (X-ISM in sfa3 also alludes to this). I'm trying to find someone to verify its existence in the arcade version. Keep in mind that even if the super bar is not present, it could mean that it is invisible (see the boss battles in kof2001 to know what I mean).
