[ddpdfk] Omote loop/Ura loop select for 2nd loop

[ddpdfk] Omote loop/Ura loop select for 2nd loop

Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu(ddpdfk10) seems always go to ura loop as 2nd but version 1.5(ddpdfk) cant get Ura Loop as 2nd loop unless certain requirement is fulfilled. I hope there will be a cheat especially for this.
