I am 3xcl4m4t10n. I am on the Fightcade team and my job is to make the save states used for the sync of the games. Also, I made the save states thinking on the need of the players: Unlock all the secret characters (on the games that the secret boss are balanced and allowed on competitive scenario
) and check that's everything is all right before release a save state. In order to do that, I always wanted to make the save states with the same options. I wanted to make the infinite credits option allowed for several games, but Neo Geo lacks of this option in a lot of games. I think it is because Neo Geo have a Free Play mode using the DIP Switches. The problem is that we cannot use the DIP switches. The emulator we use is FBA and it save the input and the DIP on the same file so when the player overwritten it, it can cause issues on the syncs.Is there any chance to call for help for the games that need an infinite credits cheat or it's a difficult/time eater thing?
