mortal kombat 1 cheats

I was wondering has anybody figured out how to get scorpion to have both his moves and sub-zeros moves! I have the reptile color for scorpion and reptiles speed I just need a cheat so scorpion can have sub-Zero's moves as well!! Anybody figured this out!!
