Greetings,

In SF2: Turbo hyper fighting (NOT the Super sf2...), there seems to be no way to get E Honda's "easy sumo butt splash" (whatever you call it...it's the flying butt move where you charge down for 2 seconds, then press up+kick), to work. It doesn't seem to be listed in the cheat files.

Likewise, "fast charge" only affects honda's head butt....not his sumo splash (although admittedly this is ok, since otherwise it would be hard to jump....better to have the sumo splash done by the 'easy' fireball motion

Also in HF, Chun Li's Spinning bird kick "easy" cheat is bugged....she seems to completely lose her invincibility frames when landing, either when doing the move in the air, or on the ground...pretty much makes the cheat useless since she really needs her invincible frames. (easy to test to see).

In HF (and in CE, too) When she is landing from a SBK, either a normal ground one, or one done in the air, when she starts to descend (when her hands touch the ground), she is supposed to be completely invulnerable until she is fully recovered and able to move/block again.

Ok, in Super SF2 turbo, both Honda's head butt, and butt splash easy cheats seem to be turned on together.. I can't get them to act independently of each other

One more cheat request
For Super SF2 turbo, is it possible to add (both old and new) Chun Li's invincible "landing" frames for her SBK again? (Super SF2 and Super SF2T removed the invincible frames when landing). Since she has minor recovery time after landing, she would need to be completely invulnerable until the recovery is ended after a SBK. Keep in mind that this is SSF2T Chun Li in Super SF2 mode

As I've stated before, creating or removing properties of moves may require ROM cheats, so I can't help you here.

I'll reinvestigate and bring the SF2 series MLCs (I didn't make those MLCs, mind you) and bring them up to code.

Okay. I've converted the sf2/sf2ce/ssf2 MLCs to my standard format, available exclusively in my MLC collection.

Here are several things I noticed:

1. [sf2ce] The MLC for moves introduced in Turbo are missing. They have been added. That includes E. Honda's Super Hyakkan Otoshi, Chun-Li's Kikou Ken, and Dhalsim's Yoga Teleport.
2. [ssf2] The MLC for Vega's Scarlet Terror was missing. It has been added.

Still, an MLC should NOT affect (at all) how the move was executed.
