Activate Cheats on Kaillera
You cannot use cheats with 0.117 online but you can use cheats with 0.64 online. Is there any other version of MAME after 0.117 where you can use cheats online?

Well, I also would like know.
And my other question is the cheat file. Work in MAME 32k 0.64 but exist some cheats don't work in this version but work very well in others MAME emulators.

Activating cheats online won't make any real difference because the cheats won't be activated on the other person's computer. You could of course have the other person activate the same code if you wanted to do something like have a boss match.
And as far as I know 0.64 is the only one that allows you to have cheats on Kalliera.
