aof, aof2 cheats

Is there a way to make a cheat for the aof series of games to turn off the conditions to perform the DMs?. Since there are cheats to do this on the Fatal Fury series I figure it may be possible to do the same for this games since they are Neo Geo games as well, I leave it up to the masters to say if it is indeed possible. I appreciate any help since I'm working on the KelvSYC's MLC list and it would help me greatly on the testing phase.
