[mvsc] Strider's Formation B

[mvsc] Strider's Formation B

With Strider's Formation B attack (*b,f+P), Strider will summon one of his satellites. The satellite will then shoot itself when you do the Formation B again.

Thus, I present to you this request: make it so that Strider will always be equipped with the satellite.
