The moves for SF2 characters that began in Turbo (Kikou Ken, Super Hyakkan Otoshi, etc.) and Vega's Scarlet Terror in Super Turbo. I've also corrected the values and added the button-mash attacks (Hyakuretsu Kyaku, Hyakuretsu Harite, Electric Thunder)

I don't know if you care (I don't), but there are alternate names for some of the move names. They existed only in the SF2 series (not sure when) but was obsolete by the time Alpha came around (ie. the alternate US names were last used in Super Turbo).
