[Guide] 0.1a9 is out

0.1a9 adds a few new things to the mix:

- How the Advanced cheat search works
- Search Conversion Guide
- Finished up the Add/Edit UI descriptions (watchpoint UI descriptions still incomplete as I have no idea what "address shift" is)
- Changed a few grammar errors here and there
- Rewritten the entire history part

With this announcement, I'd also like to announce that Editors and Proofreaders for the Guide are needed. Anyone willing to help should step up.
