New MESS Cheat Files

Looking at low hanging fruit (systems in MESS with just a few games), made three new small cheat collections - one for Entex AdventureVision, one for the Casio PV-1000 and one for the Casio PV-2000. I'll add them to the main site on the next site update but for now you can grab them here:-
