I'm using the version of the na1/2 driver updated to include Numan Athletics. There was no mention of fixing any crash problems, though.

I was also using the debug version of MAME. Not sure if my normal build crashes; it's not updated as much as the debug build.

Quiztou may be fixed for the next version of MAME. Not sure if the new driver will be included or not, but it also fixes many graphics glitches in games on the same hardware, so it _most likely_ will be.

The version I uploaded to the website is just 0.56 with the cheat engine patches.

According to the mail I sent to Stroff (the author of the driver) :

I don't know. I'll check it later. It does fix the missing score display of Emeralda, though. Mostly it contains support for features used only in Numan Athletics that don't affect other titles.

I shall release a new version of my WIP file on Sunday or Monday, but I have some questions ...

I'm surprised to see that there are no cheats for 'crzrally' in Pugsy's offcial 2001.11.28 cheat database whereas the game isn't in the "missing list" ... Furthermore, the timer cheat was TOO EASY to find :wink:

'ginkun' lives cheat were also not difficult to spot, but I don't know if a timer cheat is needed ...

Some cheats seem to be known for 'cexplore' whereas the game is told to be not working ...

The cheats were added some time ago unfortunately I forgot to move them into the cheat file's main body I noticed it over a week ago and corrected these mistakes then. Put here they are again..
