Checked and fixed all the shortname and fullname changes since the last cheat file release against 0.103u4 (strewth there were hundreds!)
Work to do or being done:-
1. Go through all ShimaPong's cheats and change ordering and change from 1P to PL1 format. No need to check them fortunately his cheats are always top notch (ongoing)
2. Go through the various clones (ongoing) and copy/test/fix the cheats...this is a such a mindnumbing task
3. Identify the non-working games for cheat finding purposes
4. Make a list of games which have no cheats
5. Do some cheat finding for the games above
6. Add placeholder cheats for 3.
7. Resort the cheat file into shortname order
then a few more minor'ish jobs
