Betters cheats for hidden characters

I observed that cheats for enabling hidden characters in some KOF games also had the undesired collateral effect of stoping the game timer (in one of them, it says it's the only way to do it - that's not right). These are betters cheats, they enable said characters and don't affect the game timer. Enjoy :smile:

kof95:0:10E79A:01:000:Enable hidden characters
kof96:0:10E752:01:000:Enable hidden characters
kof97:0:10EC34:1F:000:Enable hidden characters (except Orochi)

I'm still trying to find the addresses for kof98 and kof2000, would anybody help me in this task? I simply don't know the moves in control panel to enable special characters in these games (I'm specially interested in Kula and Zero for kof2000). If you know how to do it, you can either post it here or make an .inp so I can try to discover it.

Also Pugsy, you may want to fix the name for Chizuru Kagura (it's written Chizuku) in kof96 cheats.

Also kof99, kof99n, kof99p cheats for getting Kyo, Iori, Krizalid and T. Krizalid for PL2: the addresses for first, second, third and fourth characters are (respectively) 10A80F, 10A810, 10A811 and 10A812. Just some copy/paste/rename needed :smile:

I did this a while ago for kof2000, dunno if it's of any use.

It allows you to select Kula by moving down from the random char. However, it doesn't display the portrait unfortunately. That would require a rom cheat by the looks of it.

And what are we supposed to do with those addresses? (I mean the kof99 ones), what valor do we give them?, please, I think that if you post cheats you should post them in the correct format so everybody, even the newbies can understand them. Remember that not everybody has the same knowledge you have.

Kula with speech and picture cheat :smile:

I think I came very close, unfortunately this cheat can't be let permanently activated :sad: Enable it then press down from anywhere (not only from roulette!)
