[goonies] + [pc_goons] ROM invincibility

RAM invincibility have some problem so i fixed it.

Vs. The Goonies

Invincibility: No flicker & When you rescue girl then the background music won't change.
Timer No Dec: Don't care last timer convert to scores.

Thanks added the Invincibility cheat. I've amended the existing Inf Time RAM cheat so that you don't need to turn it off at the end of levels.

What about the goonies in cham24, multigam and multigmb?
