[sf2ce] Percentage for KO Energy

I will be posting a trick for you that I discovered, it is "Percentage for KO Energy" ... it is on alert from the remaining 30%, but with this code I can change this value ... Pugsy please rate this code and give your feedback .... God bless!

Is it a cheat?...would anyone notice the effect?

The question is would you be happy to see sf2ce with hundreds of cheats to move through ? Theres so much work involved replicating cheats for the various clones...its got to be a worthwhile cheat that people will use.

Also all percentages are also wrong....for example 0x0090 = 100%, 0x0048 = 50%.
