Mame xml to FBNeo ini (cv1000 games)

Hy good sirs,
So, could the powers that be, convert the cv1000 games (Mushihimesama, Ibara, Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu etc) cheats, from mame xml to FBNeo compatible format, which seems to be ini (.dat i hear works too) ? (I'm actually only interested in P1 infinite lives
