Dragon Breed cheats not working at all

Dragon Breed cheats not working at all

Using MAME32 v0.62.0.0
Cheat.dat .117

I tried using the cheats for cabal and those worked fine, but now I'm trying to use the cheats for dragon breed and they aren't doing anything at all.

I can see and select the cheats in the game, but when I play the game, none of the cheats are working.

Any ideas?

I don't mind working to solve this, I just need some help with what I can do to troubleshoot and resolve this since I'm fairly new to the whole MAME scene :-?

Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

The version you're using is around 5 years old! You'd better find an update of MAME down here:

You'll find MAME in the usual place at mame.net, and MAME32 here.

I just now dl'd mame32 v.117 and am going to try again.
