Do v117 cheats work on v119?

Greetings - I'm a newbie so please forgive if this is a stupid question, but I've just downloaded the MAME32 Windows port of MAME and the cheat file from this site. As I understand it, the MAME that MAME32 is based on is v119 and the cheat file here is 117. Should that work ok?

I ask because I tried the cheats in the game "Burger Time" and it seemed to hang and have unpredictable results.

yes, try the current cheat file, it should work.

i've just played Burger Time briefly, and the cheats work. Even the speed cheat had the chef tearing about as if he was on 'speed'!

Great site here, and very thankful for the cheats since my reflexes are rather diminished since I was a young lad breaking all the Space Invaders records! LOL
