need help with these codes!

ok so i have mame 0.117 and i recently ran across these codes from the forumz for sfiii3n and they are :sfiii3n:00000000:0206902E:00000000:000000FF:True Infinite Juggle and i cant for some reason get this one to work along with a few others although i can get this one to work :sfiii3n:00000000:020695B5:000000A0:FFFFFFFF:Infinite Power i can tell the mask and data are different for true infinite juggle and i have attempted to just simply change the mask to FF and data to 00 but that did not work at all could some 1 help me with this problem? and tell me what im doing wrong
