Mutant Fighter (and clones) character selection

The character selection cheats that a few people were looking for...

Note: Whilst they boss characters are playable on this game(!), Doppleganger (or D.Ganger) doesn't morph into the character he's fighting. Instead, he morphs into glitched graphics.

Don't choose hidden characters from the selection screen, or the game will hang and you will need to do a soft reboot (F3). Select a normal character, then lose and you will have free selection.

Someone might also want to clean up the 4 x 8-bit infinite/no energy cheats in these sets.

These addresses are not the number of characters. These are for the current cursor position.
Therefore your code causes the game hang when you set in the character selection screen.
For example, when you choose "Amazon", the game program copies 0x02 in $100137 (the cursor position) into $1001D3 (number of characters) at next screen.
In some games, "Cursor Postion" is directly NOT "Number of Character".
And the order of the character is wrong a bit.
I think it's better that boss characters are sorted in the later location (and the format is "#_name_#").
But the main problem on your code is missing any information for the code itself.
You say "gfx glitch when you use Doppelganger" but this information is lost in the code itself.
You need to add this "important" information to the code as the comment.
Because in many cases, the code is copied to the database but the comment "out of the code" is not copied.

NOTE : It uses "label selection menu" which is implemented in my new WIP cheat engine.
(I'm updating the current cheat engine for MAME/MESS now)
So if you use the above codes on current cheat engine, change "62000003" on label-selection master code to "62000001".

Welcome back ShimaPong, long time no see - thanks for the update and fix. I didn't have much time when I made these cheats (it was just past 9AM when I posted and I had to go out).

I hope the 62xxxxxx labels are OK in other cheats, or I need to change my whole cheat.dat file! I still use MAME 0.117, not 'u' release.
