How to use the "redump" utility

I have downloaded the utility for neo-geo games but i do not know how to use the "redump" utilite to convert old games files to these new ones to play with my mame version, i have put the redump.exe program in the same folder i have the art of fighting game, but when i try to use it it does nothing at all to my files, how do you use it?.. what i should do with this utility to make it work.

I've never used it, but read the instructions

Unzip aof.zip
Run "redump.exe aof" in the same directory as the roms.

Rezip, wash, lather, rinse and repeat.

Yes, i have done it unzipped the aof.zip and after this i have put the redump.exe in the same directory but when i run the redump.exe, i does nothing only put the games that you can redump but you can not write or do nothing in the program and i have to close it...where are you supposed to write redump.exe aof or the command of the game?

Open a command prompt.

type:
"c:"
"cd myromsdir" (changing myromsdir to whereever)
"redump aof"
