Out of curiousity, how come the parent ROM "Splatter House (World new version)" does not have any cheat codes but the clone "Splatter House (World old version)" does have cheat codes? This is the only circumstance (that I'm aware of) where a clone has cheat codes but the parent doesn't. So I was wondering why this is so? I thought, for the most part, cheat codes for parent ROMs are compatible with it's clones.

It wasn't originally the parent ROM, it was only added to MAME later and the original parent set got relegated to being a clone. At the time it was added I was rushing a release and had no time to check the cheats worked, so I added it as a reason09 which at least tells the user to check the clone/parent out.
