Well I think I've come 2 a solutinon...
The game I've tried 2 do it in is Metal Slug 3. When I've started Mame32 and tried 2 launch the game I received an error msg: theese files are missing bla...bla..bla
What I did was that I renamed all the rom files to bin and their correct names, one by one. Yes it worked!
Maybe the problem was in version of the game... Who knows? Anyway that worked for some other games too
