[tazmania+] "Clear Room" cheat

Even if each game has its specific hardware, fortunately the cheats are the same

tazmania, tazmani2, tazzmang :

This cheat may not be perfect as it requires some time to "register" the fact that the room is cleared, so you might be hit by an enemy (and as a consequence lose a life)

FYI, this has the same effect as using player 2 joystick when "Cabinet" Dip Switch is set to "Upright" in 'tazmania' and 'tazmani2' (not 'tazzmang') ...
