Shin Akuma (perhaps Shin Gouki on Japanese version) in Street Fighter Zero 3 / Alpha 3 !? That's a new one for me !
I know him in Street Fighter III Second Impact - Giant Attack as secret boss but I have not seen in sfa3.
Please tell me about him.

He's not there...its a pity.. OK But then is he available in SFA2?

In Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper (SEGA/CAPCOM 2001 NAOMI GD-ROM), it seems that you can select Shin Gouki. But I don't know he appears on sfa3 (CPS2 version).
Sfa2 ? ... His code already exists on cheat.dat.
