Erasing records for Tekken 2...

Can anyone come up with a cheat to erase Character Usage in Tekken 2?

I was just thinking of putting my own numbers in from my PSX memory card but can't find the locations. For a quick look, go into test, A.D.S. Mode, press button 1 once and it shows you character usage. You must finish one game for a character to be used (fastest thing is to lose and quit or continue).

My nvram is derived from the original ZiNc romset, tk2b. the nvram file was dumped and is simply called "eeprom". It works for all ver.b sets but not ver.a which saves differently. For a reference the file is up on http://tekkenzone.tripod.com/download/ - the MAME .nv file might be a little outdated so use the ZiNc one (tk2b.cfg) and rename it to fit MAME.

I tried looking for 3062 (0BF6 in hex) but couldn't find a match when I lost/quit to get it to jump to 0BF7. It might be easier with smaller numbers (erase the .nv file) but I never tried it. There are 23 different locations since that's how many characters are in the game, Then there's the Vs. and 1P records - 69 locations, too much work!

Maybe I should have tried the 1P number (2806 or 0AF6) instead of looking for the total.
