[sfa,sfa2,sfa3] Infinite time for Rose's Soul Illusion SC

With Rose's Soul Illusion, you have a limited time to do regular attacks that, in a sense, is a stripped down Custom Combo. We need an infinite time for that.

Also, can someone check the integrity of this code, found in Haggar's cheat file? I have a hunch that this either a) doesn't work at all, or b) is the code we need for sfa3 anyways.
