I can't find the Mame.ini file, or create one using the command window, or get Mameui to work either as an alternative.

Hi First time posting newbie here! I'm looking for a level skipping cheat for Dynablaster / Bomberman. I need to practise world 4, so I'm looking for a cheat so I can skip straight to it without playing through the first 3 worlds every time. Does anyone know a way to do this? All help and suggestion...
