Use of -cheat causes crashes in 0.176
Something appears to have broken in 0.176 with console entries that have cheats in them. I've noticed that trying to load any software list entry that contains cheats (like NES, TG-16, Genesis/Megadrive entries) causes MAME to crash upon loading the game.
