Yes. Some cheat codes I found in this forum but I can't remember who upload. I'm sorry!
However, I edit and add more cheat code. Ex: choose starting state, chose character... I think, we find and give to Mame's fan all cheat code for game Knights of Valour Plus. That is a wonderful thing!

To select Starting Stage, you have to choose map after you chose character but before 1st Stage start.
Your character level can be larger than 20, but < 100.
