your not the only ones who is having problem getting the cheats to work or even come up...I put the cheat.dat file in my mame32k folder and enable cheats but when I goto enable them it say cheat database cannot be found..now there has to be something different between the way mame32 and mame32k are ...

Ok I'm having trouble finding a stop timer cheat code for Super Chase criminal termination and when i get down to 1 code found and i goto view the code it counts down the same as the timer on the game but when i turn the code on the timer still counts down

I was wondering if this could be possible in the MAME cheat data file ok here's what I want to do I have a 10 button joypad and i want to asign a certian key for a cheat so that all I have to do is press that key and the cheat is active..

the gameshark code I found for galaga on the namco museum vol1 on the playstation for auto fire is 30197aa0 000d but i tried doing a conversion of my own by taking the mame cheat code for galaga infinite lives 9820 and the all challange stages code from mame cheats 9825 I would find the difference b...

I tried out the auto fire cheat for galaga and when i turn on the code I cant move the ship and it goes to the right corner but when i turn it off i get controll back of the ship

come on i was able to find it on the gameshark for the playstation by accident if need be i could post the GS code for someone to convert

could someone please find an auto fire code for galaga it would go great with the fast shoot code because all you have to do is hold the fire button down and shoot like crazy or so I think
