Yes, the conditions for the endings are triggered right when you kill the last boss. It depends how much money, experience or special weapons you have.

You only get one ending per character.

There's a reason why those cheats weren't added to the database.
They don't work.

However, I too would like a cheat to be able to do Ultimates (fatalities) at the touch of a button.
