how ever i`m not able to freeze the value using the following mame code.

it sets the value to 5 for 5 energy-bars of special moves, but not freeze the value, when u use energy-combo it decreases, but using cheat-engine (i freeze one value and other automatically change to 5 and freeze) the value freezes fine, dunnu whats the problem, since i`m a total new in this field & debugger some time gave me headaches. If any one can translate it so it can be a permanent, instead of decreasing and i dont have to set the cheat again & again. i would be really greatful

One more thing dont set it to more than 5, it causes game errors.

Sorry found the solution, posted the cheats in mame cheats section. i was testing it in debugger and it was working, but i wasnt checking them using the cheats xml file.
