i got some error with cheats for these games
Samurai Shodown IV: i can play with Zankuro , but no way since you always fight Haohmaru (in Samurai III it does not happen)
Kabuki Clash: the 'select boss cheat' does not work for me , i use it at selection screen but can not play with any of the bosses.

I don't understand the question...

Seems to work fine here, don't move left or right on the select screen after enabling the select cheat. The Unlock Secret Characters also works....what am I missing?

thanks Pugsy.. to enable the cheat
- i pause the game
- go to cheat and enable 'boss' cheat to select one of them
- i return to game ,but the boss is not selected

Samurai IV cheat works but i think is 'buggy' since you always fight Haohmaru all the time.

this can be done i guess with rom hack
