X-men (xmen2p) - Play as the Level Bosses?

I'm just curious and I apologize for asking, but is there any possible way to play as some of the mutant bosses, especially the real Magneto? There has to be some programming in the data than can put the villains in the players' control...

It depends on how the game's characters are programmed, although more than likely its not a possibility.
