I posted some sailor moon cheats before which modify the eeprom instead of ram, which is neater as its closer to what is really done, not sure if they were ever included in the dat file.

yeah i found that address also i believe. Just out of curiosity didn't the real board use jumpers to change the region?

The following seemed to be the ones for eeprom have to go into the game settings menu via F2 and save settings for them to take affect though. That's why i posted the other as they work immediately.

I don't think those were the eeprom ones ... wasn't that a seperate cheat type.

I actually think the games were probably pre-programmed with the region at the factory and it wasn't user selectable.
