As you can see Im using MAMEUI32 I have the latest cheat and unzipped the cheat.zip into my main MAME32UI started the app and I also made sure that allow cheats was checked however the option is still not coming up...Any Help is appreciated

BUMDIDDYBUMP For the record....I did add XML Cheat Collection for MAME 0.147 [742K] however when restarting MAME and start a game and hit "tab" to bring up the menu to choose a cheat...There is no cheat option there. "Cheats" is checked off as well

Well sounds like you've tried most things already.
Maybe you have a weird config issue, try extracting mameui32 0.147 to a fresh dir and copy the cheat.7z from the zip file into the route and try again.
