Now, we have a special treat.

You know how I had earlier said "I won't do roulette cheats for kof"? I lied.

Now, with these roulette cheats, you can select who the rouletting begins with. That is, you can select if all three (or four) members of your team are rouletted, or if just your last few characters are rouletted, or not at all. That is, it is impossible to say, set characters A and C rouletted but not B. This is because in the game, you cannot select another character after you select the Roulette since the game will choose them for you. Which isn't exactly a bad thing. After all, you do have cheats that control who your characters are and what order they go in...

Also another note is that this cheat will have no effect the first match you play in. It will only work on the second and subsequent matches you are in.

KOFs prior to 98 did not have a roulette mechanism, AFAIK. KOF2001, as I said before, even though the cheats are VERY easy to find, it is against my policy.
