i hope there's a cheat on easy press three punch/kick buttons simultaneously . because it's so hard to do a dhalsim's teleport, which i hope there's also a cheat on it.

It is not easy to make a cheat like this. It requires to compensate the time difference of button press.
I usually do it in another way. I invent a new button for 3P.
For example, LP MP HP maps to "Y" "U" "I" on my keyboard and "O" is my 3P.
To achieve this, I map LP to "Y" and "O", MP to "U" and "O", HP to "I" and "O". Then I can easily use 3P by press "O". Modern console Street Fighter games adopt to similar setting.
