looking for hacked street fighter II

I am looking for hacked street fighter, i mena this where you could change character in middle of the combat and when ryu or ken did a sho ryu ken appeared lots of fireballs, i have checked for severla names but do not know what is it
a)Sf2 Rainbow,Sf2 Red Wave,and so on ..i did not found the SF2 black belt..what is the game?.

They're all hacks of Street Fighter II: Champion Edition (Red Wave, Black Belt Edition, Rainbow Edition, Accelerator Part II, etc.)... ;)
