rapid fire for Mega Tack

i'd like to request a rapid fire cheat for mega tack.

also

--throw unlimited discs in discs of tron. i know the actual discs of tron hardware wouldn't support this due to the sprite limitation, but it would be really cool to use it in the emulator.

Not looked at Discs of Tron, if there a hardware limitation then it's likely MAME won't support it either and besides the game logic likely won't work with multiple discs.
