In 2 Players mode when you fight in Goro's Lair, appears "No Name" in Kombat Zone name.
Well, I change this "No name" for "Goro's". Unfortunately is impossible rename for "Goro's Lair", because in rom "No Name" have few letters.
Abystus, this cheat is in classic format. You can convert for XML format and insert to work with your "Goro's Lair Included In Stage Lineup" cheat if you want.

I may do it eventually, though the wording doesn't really bother me. Good news though, I have found how to activate fatalities during a match. The "Enable Fatalities During Round" is just standard fatalities for now as it is still very much a work in progress (adding more characters tomorrow, but I'll post what I have for now). Along with that cheat I also added "Enable Sub-Zero's Shatter Fatality on Non-Frozen Opponents", which will allow you to shatter your victim without deep freezing them first. Finally some find this cheat! And "Enable Sub-Zero's Shatter Fatality on Non-Frozen Opponents" is very good too!
After Sub-Zero's Shatter Fatality you can move after use a special move (ice or slide). But unfortunately, after this, you can use only slide and punch attacks. If use other attack, game can crash. Only after Liu Kang's Cartwheel Fatality you can attack without game crash.
In MK2 Beta Snes version, you can atack after Sub-Zero's Shatter Fatality, game don't crash.
You take a look in Babality/Friendship for perform using punch in last round too?

Yeah, the game definitely is not programmed to handle some of this stuff during the round. I have added the rest of the characters to the cheat. You will notice some of these fatalities may freeze/crash the game upon completion (Raiden's for example) if done during the round (this might be stage dependent, but haven't tested), but I'm not really sure it is fixable due to the nature of what the cheat enables. I'll add Babalities, Friendships, and Stage Fatalities at a later date. Anyways test them out, and I'll get back to work on this later this evening.

Tested! Cheats are working!
Well, is the Raiden's lightning victory after fatality crash game, because playing with Shang Tsung Raiden's Fatalities don't crash.
For the Raiden's fatalities don't crash the game, you can use "Drain All Energy" cheat after Fatality and before Raiden's lightning victory.
Only Raiden's fatalities and if you attack with Sub-Zero after Shatter Fatality crash the game. Others Fatalities don't crash.
And if you use "CPU Fatality" cheat, CPU don't uses Fatality how in MK1 when you uses "Allows Fatality" and "CPU Fatality" cheats.
I wait Friendship/Batality cheats.

Added Stage Fatalities (requires proper stage unless you use my other cheat), Friendships, and Babalities. I also renamed the cheat to "Enable Finishers During Round" since it now includes more than one type. All the requirements are still in place for these additional cheats, but I have also added a "Remove Restrictions For Babalities and Friendships" cheat that you can use with it. Enjoy.

You should be able to replicate the bug in 2.1 with the new "Repeatable Finishers" cheat I just created. This will allow you to perform any finisher multiple times (may crash the game if you go nuts with it, and also works with most normal special moves), and also while in mid-air. I also added "Enable Reptile's Invisible Slice Fatality While Visible", which allows you to perform the fatality while still being visible (unfortunately there is no animation while visible for how he dismembers the victim) along with "Finish Him/Her After Every Round". Most importantly though, I believe I found a left over debug tool used for testing collision of attacks ("Enable Hidden Debug Tool: Show Hitboxes" cheat), so that was particularly neat imo (
VIDEO). As far as the other cheats, I may have to wait until I get more hacking time (usually watching my kid). Enjoy.

Using this cheat you don't need holding button during much seconds to execute Raiden and Shang Tsung Kintaro Fatalities. Abystus, you can work this with your cheats.

I'll take a look when I get a chance, but just because animations were found does not mean there is coding to support them in the game. As far as the audits thing, I'm sure it's possible, but what benefit would it provide?

And game audits, don't have benefit. But would be interesting change Kano Transformations and Shawn Attacks, because this counters never change.
Kano transformations don't exist, but may interfere with anything in the game if change in this counter.

I take a look once again in your "Defeat Any CPU Opponent to Trigger Shao Kahn Explosion/Ending" cheat and when Kahn explodes, is possible look Shao Kahn in your throne.
Well, basing in this fact, is possible remove Shao Kahn, Kano and Sonya in Kahn Arena how in old revisions and insert Shao Kahn in your throne during your battle?

It may be possible to make Shao Kahn either always or never in the throne. I will take a look at it when I get a chance. For now I've created "Remove Stage Restriction For Bosses And Hidden Characters", which will remove hidden characters and bosses from their original stages, and allow them to process through the normal stages like the rest of the characters (hidden characters will use the stage you accessed them on, and will set the stage like normal when you defeat them. Example: After battling Jade, your stage is set to Kahn's Arena.)

The crowd roar heard while fighting Kintaro is part of his moveset. When his name is announced, the roar there is part of his name (try taking him to different stages and you will see what I mean). I'd assume it is pretty much impossible without some heavy reversing. The Jade/Smoke clues on bosses is possible, though to disable it on hidden characters would be a headache. I'll let you know if I find what is holding the clues back (basing this on Pugsy's work) while fighting bosses.

And Scorpion's sound when he takes off his mask, is easy find this? This happen occasionally in revision 3.1 and is possible listen this sound everytime in old revisions how in revision 1.1.

Well backgrounds are different than stages. Side scrollers usually load a level as a whole scene instead of just a backdrop. Not saying it isn't completely possible, but it really isn't the same as a fighting game (usually the backdrop has nothing to do with the fighting). Also, if said level has no programming (say it is unused in the game), then the chances of making it load are very slim.
