As for performing DMs under low-life conditions, that's strictly the realm of ROM cheats.
All the AOF games (for DMs), FF2/FFS (for DMs), FF3 (for DMs), KOF 94-96 (for SDMs), KOF 97-98 Extra Mode (for SDMs), KOF 99 (for SDMs), and KOF 2002 (for HSDMs) all require low life conditions to perform supers.
