By any chance does anyone knows where I can find any Nebula cheats for all of the Samurai Spirits Games? Also does anyone knows where I can find a trainer for KOF 2K1 for NeoRageX??

You could try to get samsho* cheats from MAME and use Pugsy's MAME2KN converter for most of them.
As for the cheats requiring RACs (Infinite health and power in samsho and samsho2), it's beyond me.
For NRX trainers, I can't help you (since I believe ROM cheats are needed and no one has posted any).
