[msh] Infinite Power problem - Max Stocks

In msh, each character can store different amount of stocks, the greatest being Dr. Doom and Thanos, which is four.
Although a fix is trivial (simply change the 3 to a 4), it should be made. The actual impact of the cheat should be minimal (but it will give the impression of infinite power, instead of three out of four stocks, for those two if you one-shot it).
